Is this training a legal requirement?
The course covers employer requirements relating to display screen equipment. In the UK, the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 set out requirements for employers in relation to qualifying DSE users, including workstation assessments, risk reduction and appropriate information and training. This online course provides awareness of DSE safety and does not, by itself, establish that an employer has met all applicable legal duties.

Assessment and certificate
Learners complete an online quiz at the end of the course. Successful completion leads to a free CPD-accredited Working with Display Screen Equipment certificate, which can be downloaded or printed. Unlimited assessment retakes are available. The course takes approximately one hour and can be completed online at the learner’s own pace, with access to the course content upon enrolment.
