Preparing to work in care Level 2

Preparing to Work in Care – Level 2 is an introductory online course for aspiring care workers, support staff, volunteers and anyone looking to develop their understanding of health and social care. It covers care principles, safeguarding, communication, confidentiality, equality, workplace safety and infection prevention. The course takes approximately 1.5 hours and includes an online quiz, unlimited retakes and a free CPD-accredited digital certificate upon successful completion.
