Work in a Person Centered Way

This introductory Level 1 online course explores person-centred care, including individual needs and preferences, dignity, communication, empathy, mental capacity and wellbeing. Designed for healthcare and social care professionals, it supports caregivers, support workers, healthcare assistants, managers and other relevant staff in developing their understanding of respectful, individualised care. The one-hour course includes an online quiz and awards a free CPD-accredited certificate upon successful completion.
