Yes, the system automatically emails you a reminder from 12 weeks before the refresher training is due. You have the function to turn these alerts off. The matrix report covers full details including the dates of training. This can be downloaded and filtered as appropriate.

On occasion our emails may slip into your junk or spam folder, please check this in the first instance. You can request a password reset here. Your details will be resent to you. Alternatively please get in touch and we will be happy to resolve any questions you may have.

Setup can be actioned in 1 minute or less, at which time your login will be emailed to you and you will be ready to go. Remember help is on hand for any questions you may have.
