The Care Certificate consist of two parts:
| 1. | 15 online courses to be completed by the learner | ||||
| 2. | 15 work books to be completed in full by both learner and by the manager |
The workbook has 3 parts:
| 1. | Work based observations which must be completed by the manager | |||||
| 2. | Evidencing questions to be completed by learner | |||||
| 3. | Feedback section for manager to confirm competence and provide feedback |

ALL 15 work books to be completed by learner and handed to the manager | |

Manager must ensure any work based observations in the work books are carried out | |

Manager must complete the competence/feedback section at the end of each work book | |

Only once all 15 online courses are complete with certificates and all 15 workbooks are completed in full can you issue learner with the Care Certificate. |
