The Care Certificate is a a set of 15 standards for health and social care workers, that should be covered as part of their induction. To help comply with the Quality Care Commission, the Care Certificate comes complete with work-based learning competency booklets.

How it works
STEP 1
Purchase
Purchase the course via
your online portal for your business or purchase online
as an individual.
STEP 2
Assign
Assign the learner onto the Course. The learner will receive an email informing them of enrolment onto the Course, along with their login details. They can now log in and start each of the 15 standards to achieve the learning required.
STEP 3
Learn
The learner will partake in the interactive learning online. Once complete a multiple choice test is allocated. On successful completion a certificate is issued. The test can be retaken to revise the grade.
STEP 4
Certificate Issued
Once all the modules have been completed, the manager can issue the learner with the ‘ Certificate’ or it can be automatically issued. This will complete their portfolio.

You can turn off the option for the learner to receive certificates, meaning only the business will have access to them.
The certificate will display the CPD logo as proof of your knowledge and competencies gained from taking this course.
All evidence of learning and certification will remain on our system to peruse for your future reference.
A receipt is emailed to you upon purchase.

How many learners do you have?
A credit is for the allocation of 1 CPD course per learner. A credit does not expire. This is applicable to CPD courses, ebooks and video learning.
Once the credit is allocated the learner will have 12 months to action the course.
A credit does not cover a qualification or the care certificate package. These are purchased separately.
