Tissue Viability - Dressings

This module on Wound Care has been designed to help you understand the role of support surfaces and mattresses, how to assess pressure ulcers, how to mobilise and reposition patients, the role of surgical interventions and the various types of dressings and medications for treating wounds.

This has been developed using the latest guidance from the medical and nursing Royal Colleges, the Department of Health and the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).
